Homesite Overview ~ Titled Lots

Rancho Dulce

Our homesites are approx 300- 350’ in elevation above sea level, and only a 5 minutes drive to the gulf. Each homesite is  approx.  2 – 6 acres and designed in a way where everyone has a great view with minimal obstructions and an emphasis on privacy. All homesites have trees, and an elevated building site with views.  All of the homesites on the east side of the public road border the river and the public road with easy year round access. There is one small river crossing between town and The Ranch and it’s a beautiful drive through primary forest to reach The Ranch. Most homesites also border our 27 acre nature reserve, where you will find 3 types of monkeys, birds, and wildlife. We have planted bananas and food for the animals all along the edge of both the river and the reserve. Monkey sightings are now daily.

On the North side of the Public road, you will find 3 beautiful homesites all nestled into and close to the reserve. Each homesite is unique and water and electricity are already installed. The Ranch also has potential for internet and both types of cell phones have a strong signal at all homesites. All of the borders of each homesite are being planted with fruit trees, schrubs, bamboo and in the process of becoming animal corridors. In previous years, a portion of the Ranch was clear cut for cattle grazing, and since we have purchased the land, we have begun an aggressive campaign to reforest and plant trees all along each property border. Our efforts have been applauded by conservationists and within the local community.
